Fitfreedom offers personal training in fat loss and weight management. Our consultancy is ideal for clients who are finding it difficult to lose fat after having children and find it hard to remain in shape as the years go by.

Fitfreedom is also suitable for clients that have under gone dramatic weight loss/surgery and need to integrate a fitness programme to sustain their weight and keep the fat away. We strongly advise that clients should, in this category, consult a registered Dietician through their GP who can design a calorie controlled diet which will work in conjunction with the exercise programmes.

You must be committed to exercise 3 hours per week minimum!

Stage 1
After your initial enquiry you will be sent forms to fill in prior to your appointment, which you should send back by post 2 days prior to the meeting. This will give our consultant  a clear idea of your goals and an understanding of your health and exercise history.

Stage 2
On our first meeting we will asses your readiness for exercise, discuss your goals further, your wishes and any questions and concerns you may have. You will take an easy stationary bike test to see how your body responds to exercise.

Following this consultation we will plan when, where and how you wish to exercise and the estimated time it will take to achieve your goals. We will also discuss dietary needs, sensible eating patterns and how to integrate these with exercise into your lifestyle.

Fitfreedom has access to a private personal training gym in the Hove area. Alternatively, we have the benefit of the local parks and the seafront in Brighton. We may also recommend that you purchase some exercise equipment such as a stationary bike and heart rate monitor to use at home to further your routine and get closer to your goals.

After a few sessions you will become a confident exerciser and understand how to stay in the ‘Fat Burning Zone’. You are always welcome to email your training data to me as you progress by yourself if you feel you need further guidance.

We suggest that you return to Fitfreedom every 3 – 6 months to monitor your progress and update your programme to get you closer to your fat loss goals.
