Step 1
Book an appointment with Fitfreedom Consultancy. You will be sent details of the procedure and asked to fill in some simple forms concerning your fat loss goals, health and exercise history.

You will be asked to send these forms ahead of your appointment so that when you arrive our consultant has a clear idea of what your are striving for.

When you arrive for your appointment we will discuss in detail the points on the forms and your wishes as to the outcome of the programme.

Step 2
Carry out a sub maximal bike test to find out your current level of fitness and the amount of fat you are burning at each stage of the test (metabolic profiling).

You will see your heart rate increasing with exercise intensity and your body’s response to it.

Step 3
Analyse and discuss your results. With the results from this test we can pin point the exact exercise intensity to train in which burns the most body fat. This is the key to your future fat loss.

Step 4
Our consultant will design a fat loss exercise programme based on the results of the test. You should aim for a re-test every three months to get the edge on burning high amounts of fat during your workouts.

If you are not familiar with regular exercise routines then this plan is definitely for you - Start your fat loss regime within the correct training zone to achieve the body shape you desire in the long term.

If you are already a persistent gym user and/or have been partaking in studio classes regularly and you are unable change your body shape long-term, our metabolic profiling test may be what you are looking for.

You need to understand how to work your heart rate within the correct training zone to burn the maximum amount of fat.

You should be prepared to change your exercise regime to incorporate 3 fat loss sessions per week.
